1. General Provisions
999t is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("User") and 999t ("Platform").
999t reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time at its discretion. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published means you have accepted the changes. We recommend visiting this page regularly.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements
The following conditions must be met to open and use an account on 999t:
- You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is approved for users aged 21 and above only.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of anyone else.
- All information you provide is true, accurate, and up to date.
- Your account has not previously been cancelled or suspended by 999t.
2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
Each user may open only one account. If any individual operates more than one account, all of their accounts will be cancelled and the associated funds may be forfeited.
2.3 Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to 999t immediately. 999t will not be liable for any loss resulting from negligent handling of account credentials.
3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Designated payment methods must be used for financial transactions on 999t. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

3.1 Deposit Terms
You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
Before processing a withdrawal request, 999t may carry out identity verification or additional security checks. Withdrawals must generally be made through the same payment method used for the deposit. 999t reserves the right to cancel a withdrawal request if financial irregularities are suspected.
3.3 Important Information about Rocket
Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. It is one of the supported payment methods on 999t.
4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Various bonuses and promotional offers are provided on 999t from time to time. Each bonus has its own applicable terms and conditions.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible to receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit — up to ৳20,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x, and it is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager 20 times that amount, i.e., ৳40,000, before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is completed.
- A bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
- Claiming a bonus through fraudulent means may result in account cancellation.
- 999t reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
- If a bonus expires, it will be cancelled automatically.
5. Betting & Gaming Rules
Betting and gaming activities on 999t are conducted fairly and transparently. Ensuring fair play is our core commitment.
5.1 Betting Account Balance
Users may only place bets within the limits of the balance available in their account. Credit betting is not permitted.
5.2 Results & Settlement
The outcome of all games is determined by a verifiable random number generator (RNG). If the result of any bet remains undetermined due to a technical error, 999t reserves the right to cancel or review it.
5.3 Sports Betting
999t reserves the right to change odds or betting conditions in sports betting. If an event is cancelled, the related bet will be voided and the staked amount will be returned.
6. VIP Program & Reward Tiers
The 999t VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided with each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
- Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Advancement to each tier depends on your gaming activity and engagement with the platform. VIP benefits may be changed at 999t's discretion.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 999t:
- Account or identity fraud.
- Placing bets using computer bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
- Exploiting any bug or flaw in the system or software for unfair advantage.
- Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Defrauding or harassing other users.
- Any attempt to disrupt the operation of the platform.
If such activities are detected, 999t reserves the right to cancel the account, forfeit funds, and notify the relevant authorities.
8. Account Suspension & Cancellation
999t reserves the right to immediately suspend or cancel any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Information discrepancies found after security verification.
- Prolonged inactivity.
In the event of account cancellation, 999t will manage the process of returning legitimate funds; however, funds forfeited due to a breach of these Terms will not be returned.

999t never sells your personal information to third parties. Information is used solely for operating the service and meeting legal obligations.
10. Limitation of Liability
999t accepts no liability for the following:
- Games or betting being interrupted due to internet connectivity issues.
- Any loss caused by a technical fault in the user's own device.
- The user inadvertently disclosing their account credentials to a third party.
- Service disruption caused by external circumstances (force majeure events).
999t is committed to providing the highest possible level of service, but occasional interruptions may occur for technical reasons.
